Policy Full Value Refund Eligibility

Coverage Period: Refunds are available throughout the entire warranty period under strict qualifying criteria:

Dead On Arrival (DOA): The unit arrives defective (reported within 48 hours), is out of stock, and cannot be replaced or substituted locally.

Unresolvable Warranty Claims: A valid warranty claim occurs where the product cannot be repaired, no exact replacement exists, and no suitable substitute is available locally.

Refund Method & Value: All approved refunds are issued exclusively as In-Store Credit for 100% of the original amount paid on your purchase invoice.

7-Day Value Window & Buy-Back Terms

7-Day Full-Value Period: Returning an eligible product without losing any of its original value is strictly available only within the first 7 calendar days from the purchase/delivery date.
No Preference Returns: Refunding or returning an item because you changed your mind, dislike the color/design, or find it does not fit your setup is strictly prohibited, even within the first 7 days.
Buy-Back Option (Post 7 Days or Preference): If you want to return a functional item after the 7-day period has passed or due to personal preference, it is not eligible for a standard return. Instead, we will evaluate the product and offer to buy it back from you at a lower, discounted market price based on its current condition and packaging state.
