Highlights

  • Multi-Bronze Efficiency Standards: Certified by 80 PLUS, Cybenetics, and PPLP to guarantee an 88% energy efficiency rating under typical 50% system loads. This helps reduce unnecessary power grid draw and keeps internal heat production to an absolute minimum.
  • Intel ATX 2.52 DC-to-DC Topology: Engineered with an active PFC setup, a dual-stage EMI circuit, and double forward DC-to-DC conversion rails. This design layout enforces strict voltage regulation and provides excellent compatibility with modern processor power states.
  • Premium Taiwanese & Japanese Filtering: Configured with premium Taiwanese solid and electrolytic bulk capacitors to preserve a power hold-up time ≥ 16ms under heavy operational strain. Crucial standby power lines are reinforced with dual Japanese brand electrolytic components, boosting service longevity.
  • Aerodynamic 120mm HYB Fan: Cooled via a 120mm Hydro-Dynamic Bearing (HYB) fan running an optimized flow-resistance layout. The internal bearing reduces operational friction and casing vibrations, ensuring a quiet profile throughout intensive workloads while honoring a hushed Cybenetics A noise limit.
  • Stealthy Custom-Molded Flat Black Cables: Equipped with fixed, premium flat black sleeved cables designed by Gamer Storm. The flexible ribbons bend easily around chassis layout constraints, making behind-the-tray routing a clean experience while keeping the main chamber clear for optimal airflow.
  • 8-Tier Comprehensive IC Safety Shield: Outfitted with an integrated industrial-grade protection circuit that constantly monitors system parameters. It guards against Over-Power (OPP), Over-Voltage (OVP), Short-Circuit (SCP), Over-Temperature (OTP), Over-Current (OCP), Under-Voltage (UVP), Surge & Inrush (SIP), and No-Load Operations (NLO).
  • Wide Voltage Adaptation Integration: Designed to protect systems connected to unstable power infrastructure by supporting a wide 180V–264V AC input operational profile. It is factory-tested to survive full operational loads even during grid sags, completely averting sudden system shutdowns.
Lay down a rock-solid, efficient, and well-protected foundation for your next mainstream PC build with the DeepCool Gamer Storm PF500X 500W 80 PLUS Bronze power supply. By matching multi-certified 88% efficiency with premium internal components, an ultra-quiet 120mm HYB cooling fan, and flat black cable management styling, this 500W power supply delivers the ultimate balance of budget-friendly economy and uncompromised desktop power stability.

General Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. General Warranty Coverage

All products—including Brand New, Open Box, and Used items—are subject to the same warranty conditions, inspection standards, and exclusions outlined in this policy.

Open Box and Used items receive the same manufacturing-defect coverage as Brand New items. However, they may have a shorter designated warranty period, as specified on the product page or purchase invoice.

Power Protection Requirement

Due to extreme grid-voltage fluctuations ranging from 180V to 250V, all systems, individual components, and electronic devices must be powered exclusively through a verified, high-quality Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS).

Failures or damage caused by the following are strictly excluded:

  • Power spikes or electrical surges
  • Brownouts or unstable voltage
  • Physical or accidental damage
  • Liquid exposure
  • Improper handling or misuse

These exclusions apply to products in all conditions, including Brand New, Open Box, and Used items.

Strict No-Tampering Policy

Opening or disassembling any device—including user-accessible hardware such as custom PCs, pre-built PCs, laptops, graphics cards, and power supplies—will immediately void the warranty.

Breaking or removing any store or factory warranty seal will also void all coverage.

The following work must be performed exclusively by our technical service center:

  • Internal dust cleaning
  • Thermal paste replacement
  • Hardware upgrades or replacements
  • Routine internal maintenance
  • Diagnostics and repairs

2. Pre-Built Gaming PCs, Custom Builds and Laptops

Pre-Built and Custom-Built Desktop PCs

Every individual hardware component installed inside the system is covered under its respective manufacturer’s warranty.

The system must remain connected to a verified, high-quality UPS at all times.

The overall system and component warranties will be voided if the customer:

  • Opens the case
  • Removes or replaces components
  • Performs self-upgrades
  • Reapplies thermal paste
  • Repairs or services the PC outside our technical service center

Laptops

Laptop warranty coverage includes manufacturing defects affecting:

  • Motherboard
  • CPU
  • GPU
  • Display panel
  • Keyboard
