Guide How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To initiate any warranty or Dead On Arrival (DOA) claim, contact our support team directly on WhatsApp. Please provide a clear explanation of what happened along with detailed photos or a video demonstrating the issue and clearly showing that the serial numbers and warranty seals remain intact.

  • Claim Processing Time: Warranty replacements or repairs take up to 10 business days if replacement units or parts are available locally in stock. If the item must be ordered and imported directly from the US, processing can take up to 4 months.

General Warranty & Condition Policy

  • Brand New, Open Box & Used Items: All product tiers are subject to the exact same warranty coverage criteria, strict testing procedures, and exclusion conditions. Open Box and Used items carry identical defect protections as Brand New units under a shorter, designated warranty duration specified on the product page and purchase invoice.
  • Power Protection Requirement (UPS): Due to extreme grid instability and voltage fluctuations (180V to 250V), all systems, individual components, and electronics must be powered exclusively through a verified, quality Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS). Any damage resulting from electrical spikes, brownouts, lightning, physical impact, liquid exposure, or misuse is strictly excluded.
  • Strict No-Tampering Policy: Opening any unit—including user-accessible hardware like prebuilts, laptops, graphics cards, and power supplies—or breaking factory/store warranty seals immediately voids all coverage. Any routine maintenance, cleaning, repasting, or upgrades must be performed directly by our service center.

Pre-Built PCs, Custom Builds & Laptops

  • Pre-Built & Custom Gaming PCs: Every individual internal component is covered under its respective manufacturing warranty. The complete PC must remain connected to a verified quality UPS at all times. Opening the chassis, modifying/removing parts, self-upgrades, repasting, or third-party servicing strictly voids the entire system warranty.
  • Laptops: Covers internal motherboard, processor, dedicated GPU, display panel, keyboard, trackpad, and internal power delivery against manufacturing defects. Must be charged using original adapters connected to stable, surge-protected power.
  • Batteries & Adapters: Laptop batteries and original power bricks are covered against complete hardware failure for their specified term.
  • Laptop Exclusions: Opening the casing, self RAM/SSD upgrades, unauthorized repasting, dropped units, cracked screens, liquid spills, or using unverified 3rd-party chargers immediately voids the warranty.

Core PC Components

  • Processors (CPUs): Covered against factory defects. Void if damaged physically (bent/broken pins, cracked PCB), overclocked, underclocked, or damaged due to improper/outdated motherboard BIOS firmware.
  • Motherboards: Covered against manufacturing defects. Void in cases of physical damage, bent socket pins, Ethernet/LAN static shock, power surges, or trace scratches from improper mounting.
  • Graphics Cards (GPUs): Covered against factory defects. Requires pairing with a reliable, tier-rated PSU (Tier B- or higher) using original native cables and an anti-sag GPU support bracket. Void if opened, disassembled, repasted, overclocked, or undervolted.
  • RAM (Memory): Covered against factory defects. Void if modules show physical damage or failure caused by manual over-volting/overclocking beyond standard XMP/EXPO profiles.
  • Storage (SSDs / HDDs): Covered against controller and NAND defects. Void if the drive exceeds the manufacturer Total Bytes Written (TBW) limit or shows physical port/casing damage.
  • Power Supply Units (PSUs): Covered against internal component failure under standard operating parameters. Burnt input stages and grid-level electrical surges from unprotected direct lines are not covered.

Displays, Cooling & Accessories

  • Monitors (Standard LCD/IPS & OLED): Both standard and OLED panels require 4 or more dead/stuck pixels to qualify for warranty service. OLED panels include burn-in and image retention coverage under normal operating conditions with built-in panel care features kept active. Physical cracks, pressure marks, and scratches are not covered.
  • Liquid Coolers (AIOs): Covered for Dead On Arrival (DOA) pump/fan failure and manufacturing leaks, provided the unit was installed according to official guidelines without hose tension, modifications, or physical damage.
  • Air Coolers: Covered exclusively under Dead On Arrival (DOA) terms within 48 hours of delivery (fan motor failure, factory defects).
  • Peripherals (Keyboards, Mice, Headsets): Covered for internal hardware and connectivity defects under normal operational wear. Excludes cosmetic damage, frayed cables, switch wear from excessive force, and liquid spills.
  • Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS): Fully covered against internal board, inverter, and battery manufacturing defects during the warranty period.
  • DOA-Only Items (Report within 48 hours): PC cases, monitor arms, webcams, microphones, speakers, routers, internal/external cables, desk accessories, chairs, desks, RGB extensions/cables, and mini LCD screens.
  • Mouse Pads: Consumable accessory; sold with no warranty.

Policy Full Value Refund Eligibility

  • Coverage Period: Refunds are available throughout the entire warranty period under strict qualifying criteria:
    • Dead On Arrival (DOA): The unit arrives defective (reported within 48 hours), is out of stock, and cannot be replaced or substituted locally.
    • Unresolvable Warranty Claims: A valid warranty claim occurs where the product cannot be repaired, no exact replacement exists, and no suitable substitute is available locally.
  • Refund Method & Value: All approved refunds are issued exclusively as In-Store Credit for 100% of the original amount paid on your purchase invoice.

7-Day Value Window & Buy-Back Terms

  • 7-Day Full-Value Period: Returning an eligible product without losing any of its original value is strictly available only within the first 7 calendar days from the purchase/delivery date.
  • No Preference Returns: Refunding or returning an item because you changed your mind, dislike the color/design, or find it does not fit your setup is strictly prohibited, even within the first 7 days.
  • Buy-Back Option (Post 7 Days or Preference): If you want to return a functional item after the 7-day period has passed or due to personal preference, it is not eligible for a standard return. Instead, we will evaluate the product and offer to buy it back from you at a lower, discounted market price based on its current condition and packaging state.
