General Warranty Terms & Conditions
1. General Warranty Coverage
All products—including Brand New, Open Box, and Used items—are
subject to the same warranty conditions, inspection standards, and exclusions
outlined in this policy.
Open Box and Used items receive the same manufacturing-defect coverage as Brand
New items. However, they may have a shorter designated warranty period, as
specified on the product page or purchase invoice.
Power Protection Requirement
Due to extreme grid-voltage fluctuations ranging from
180V to 250V, all systems, individual components, and electronic
devices must be powered exclusively through a verified, high-quality
Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS).
Failures or damage caused by the following are strictly excluded:
- Power spikes or electrical surges
- Brownouts or unstable voltage
- Physical or accidental damage
- Liquid exposure
- Improper handling or misuse
These exclusions apply to products in all conditions, including Brand New,
Open Box, and Used items.
Strict No-Tampering Policy
Opening or disassembling any device—including user-accessible hardware such as
custom PCs, pre-built PCs, laptops, graphics cards, and power supplies—will
immediately void the warranty.
Breaking or removing any store or factory warranty seal will also void all
coverage.
The following work must be performed exclusively by our technical service center:
- Internal dust cleaning
- Thermal paste replacement
- Hardware upgrades or replacements
- Routine internal maintenance
- Diagnostics and repairs
2. Pre-Built Gaming PCs, Custom Builds and Laptops
Pre-Built and Custom-Built Desktop PCs
Every individual hardware component installed inside the system is covered
under its respective manufacturer’s warranty.
The system must remain connected to a verified, high-quality UPS at all times.
The overall system and component warranties will be voided if the customer:
- Opens the case
- Removes or replaces components
- Performs self-upgrades
- Reapplies thermal paste
- Repairs or services the PC outside our technical service center
Laptops
Laptop warranty coverage includes manufacturing defects affecting:
- Motherboard
- CPU
- GPU
- Display panel
- Keyboard
- Trackpad
- Internal power-delivery components
Laptops must be charged using their original power adapters connected to a
stable, surge-protected power source.
Laptop Batteries and Power Adapters
Laptop batteries and original charging adapters are covered against complete
hardware failure for their specified warranty period.
Laptop Warranty Void Triggers
- Opening or disassembling the chassis
- Third-party RAM or SSD installation
- Unauthorized thermal paste replacement
- Drops or impact damage
- Cracked displays
- Liquid spills or exposure
- Use of unverified third-party chargers or adapters
3. Core Components and Hardware
Processors (CPUs)
Covered against manufacturing defects.
Warranty coverage is void if the processor:
- Has bent or broken pins
- Has a bent, cracked, or physically damaged PCB
- Has been overclocked or underclocked
- Is damaged due to an outdated or incompatible motherboard BIOS
Motherboards
Covered against manufacturing defects.
Warranty coverage excludes:
- Physical damage
- Bent CPU-socket pins
- Ethernet or LAN damage caused by static discharge
- Power-surge damage
- Scratched traces caused by improper mounting or installation
Graphics Cards (GPUs)
Covered against manufacturing defects.
The graphics card must be used with:
- A reliable, tier-rated power supply rated Tier B- or higher
- Original, native PSU power cables
- A suitable anti-sag GPU support bracket
Warranty coverage is void if the graphics card has been:
- Opened or disassembled
- Re-pasted
- Overclocked
- Undervolted
- Physically modified
RAM (Memory)
Covered against manufacturing defects.
Warranty coverage excludes:
- Physical damage
- Failures caused by manual overvolting
- Overclocking beyond standard XMP or EXPO profiles
Storage Devices (SSDs and HDDs)
Covered against manufacturing defects affecting the controller or NAND storage.
Warranty coverage is void if:
-
The drive exceeds the manufacturer’s specified
Total Bytes Written (TBW) limit
- The ports, connectors, PCB, or casing show physical damage
Power Supply Units (PSUs)
Covered against internal component failure under standard operating conditions.
The following are not covered:
- Burnt input stages
- Grid-level electrical surges
- Damage caused by connecting the PSU directly to an unprotected power line
- Damage resulting from unstable voltage or unsuitable power protection
4. Displays, Cooling and Peripherals
Monitors: Standard and OLED
Standard LCD/IPS and OLED monitors require
four or more dead or stuck pixels to qualify for warranty
repair or replacement.
OLED panels include coverage for burn-in and image retention under normal usage
conditions, provided that all built-in panel-care and protection features
remain enabled.
The following are strictly excluded:
- Cracked panels
- Pressure marks
- Scratches
- Impact damage
- Other forms of physical damage
Air Coolers
Air coolers are covered exclusively under
Dead on Arrival (DOA) terms. Any issue must be reported within
48 hours of delivery.
Liquid Coolers (AIOs)
Liquid coolers are covered for:
- DOA pump failure
- DOA fan failure
- Manufacturing-related leaks
Coverage applies only when the unit has been installed according to the
manufacturer’s official guidelines and has not been modified or mounted with
excessive hose tension.
Peripherals
Keyboards, mice, and headsets are covered against internal hardware and
connectivity defects arising under normal operating conditions.
Coverage excludes:
- Cosmetic damage
